1. Who We Are

This website is operated from Malta by Lea Hope Art. When you shop here, you're supporting a small independent artist—thank you!

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product images, and content are created with love and are owned by Lea Hope Art. Please don’t copy, resell, or use any visuals without permission.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices shown include VAT where applicable (Malta/EU). Payments are securely processed via trusted payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • 🌍 I ship internationally with tracked delivery.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location.

  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

I work with a trusted production partner to create and ship your items. Here’s how returns work:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing issue, please contact me within 1 weeks of receiving your order.

  • For parcels lost in transit, please report within 1 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

  • If it’s a production error, the replacement will be covered at my expense.

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, re-shipment costs will be your responsibility.

  • Customer Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Colour: As all items are made-to-order, refunds for these reasons are not accepted.

  • EU Notice: According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for withdrawal.

6. Your Responsibilities

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and that you review your cart before checkout. Custom-made products begin production shortly after purchase and cannot be modified once processing starts.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond my control.
