Here’s how this works for leahopeart.com:
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please email me at info@leahopeart.com with photos within 1 weeks of receiving your package. I’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
2. Lost Packages
If your item hasn’t arrived and tracking shows no movement past the expected delivery time, report it within 1 weeks of the estimated delivery date. I’ll help you sort it out.
3. Wrong Address Provided
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, re-shipment costs will be your responsibility.
4. Change of Mind / Wrong Size or Colour
As all items are made-to-order, refunds for change of mind, size, or colour selection are not accepted. Please double-check your order carefully before checking out.
5. EU Notice
All items sold on leahopeart.com are custom-made to order and personalised. Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16c), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is custom-produced and therefore exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding damaged, faulty, or incorrectly produced items.
